Where is MeFriendAir, and when are you open?
Our address is 58/21-22 Moo 6, Rassada, Mueang Phuket 83000. We open Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and serve homes, condos, villas, hotels and businesses in Phuket. Call 093-579-5664 or contact LINE @mefriendair for service enquiries and appointments.
How are installation and repair prices agreed?
Installation quotes include the AC and standard installation. Extra work, such as old-unit removal, is quoted separately. Repairs start with a ฿600 inspection visit. The fee is deducted from the repair quote, which we provide before repair work begins. Cleaning has a 30-day guarantee, and spare parts have a 30-day warranty.
Which brands do you sell and service?
We sell Daikin, TCL, Eminent, Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric and Midea. We are a service center for Carrier and Mitsubishi Electric. For a warranty enquiry, have the model, serial number and proof of purchase ready to check the terms for that unit.
