Can I choose BTU capacity from room size alone?
Floor area is a starting point. Ceiling height, glazing, sunlight, insulation, occupants and heat-producing equipment also affect the cooling load. An undersized AC may not cool the space sufficiently. An oversized unit can cycle too often and remove humidity poorly. Select capacity for the actual heat load before choosing a model.
Does the AC quote include installation?
Yes. Our quotes include the air conditioner and standard installation. Work outside standard installation, such as removing an old unit, is quoted separately. Before agreeing, check the model, unit count, standard installation items and any additional work for your property in the quote.
Where can I see installation photographs?
Yes. Our Work shows Celestia Andaman International School in Phuket. Outdoor photographs document TCL units on wall brackets and wiring, with a link to the original post. Indoor photographs show ceiling-cassette units before and after fitting their panels. These photographs record installation work during construction.
Which brands do you sell and service?
We sell Daikin, TCL, Eminent, Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric and Midea. We are a service center for Carrier and Mitsubishi Electric. For a warranty enquiry, send the model label, serial number and proof of purchase to check eligibility and the terms for that unit.
What is needed for a VRV or VRF installation quote?
Send building plans or a room layout, the number of spaces to cool, their dimensions and use, and possible outdoor-unit positions. Include existing equipment models for a system replacement. These details help define the equipment list and installation scope for the building. Room count alone cannot establish the price of the whole system.
